Premiere Wilshire Blvd. LA 1940s shoes

Hi! I have a fab pair of shoes, I think they are 1930s-1940s era They have a gold stamped insole with the name "Premiere bottier Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles. Is anyone familiar with this name? I know sometimes shoes can have a date contained in the numbers on the inside of a shoe. These are stamped with a 6 1/2 AAA 32010 71 then a 3130. Any clue? Thanks!

Look mighty late 60s/early 70s to me.
