Pretty blue roses

I bought this one for me to wear. At first I thought it was made by an especially good homesewer, but after turning it inside out and looking under the lining, I found a union label. No maker's label, though. I can't believe the great detail we sometimes find in ready-to-wear of the 60s and earlier!
