Pretty lace blouse... a few questions

This is a pretty "lace" blouse... can I call it lace? There seems to be a pattern printed within the sheer fabric and the pattern is outlined in stitching which creates a lacy effect. Is there a name for this? And try as I might, I cannot read the name on the zipper pull, the pink paint dulls the letters. The metal zip goes partway up one side. Any suggestions on time period for this blouse?

The effect is lace-like but could it be a flocked nylon with the soutache? I've seen these before, from the '50s and worn over dresses of the same fabric - yours might be a blouse though.

I had the same blouse in white at one point. Mine had a tag...wish I could remember what it said but it's been too long. Although mine was the exact same shape and style, I remember it having Chantilly lace outlined with the cording; but the effect was the same. I love your blouse; it's so pretty.

As far as dating, I attributed mine to the 1950's.
