Pretty multi-strand necklace - date help please.

I am really lost on this piece. The design makes me think 80s but elements of it seem older. It has hard plastic white beads, pink faceted crystals and what I think are moon-glow glass beads. The pendant measures 3" x 2" and I believe it is plastic meant to resemble ivory perhaps.

I saw your post earlier today and just love the necklace. First impression was 80's but I'm no expert. The colours are so subtle and pretty.
