Prom dresses - date check

Preparing these for tonight and I'm always second guessing myself (good thing!). I think the first one, a blue and white silk chiffon is mid to late 50s (the hem is 8"), but does that shelf bust bring it into the early 60s? The second one, a silk organza with embroidered yellow roses (5.5" hem) I was thinking late 50s, early 60s?

Your help is most appreciated!!!

Prom's over but there is always next year or summer events. Gosh Deborah, your photos are just gorgeous!

Just like me to be late... I associate prom with high school so I just figured the parties are in June. I shoudda checked with you guys first - shoudda, couldda, wouldda...

Proms here are done, prom selling season online hits it's height in late Feb. This date also runs along with VLV shoppers, so if you have something in the 50s/60s zone, it can get double duty. Make sure you list as "party" as well as prom/chiffon and other terms.

I'd start these high enough to not be disappointed in only an open bid. Some are still getting a surprising finish.
