PUCCI Scarf - No labels

Hi everyone!
I am new to this forum, I found it while researching for a Pucci scarf I purchased recently.

I usually don't buy items without tags or before researching collections and dates, but for this one, I have to admit that I really liked the colors and the design and I started thinking it'd be ok (maybe) if it's wasn't original :D
Of course, I hope it is, but the seller couldn't give me much info about the item.

Maybe you can help me?
Thank you in advance for your time and help :)

Ooh, that's pretty! I can see why you were drawn to it.

Karin is correct - we are unable to authenticate items or provide valuations. That said, Pucci did scatter "Emilio"s into some of his prints. Of course counterfeiters are aware of that as well, and it can't be considered trustworthy.

Thank you for replying!
Oh sure, I read many other threads here and I know you don't authenticate items.

I was just looking for your honest opinion on that scarf :)

A good indication of quality on a designer silk scarf is the hand rolled hems which should be plump. It's a great Pucci print and you may be able to find somewhere with some kind of cataloguing or naming of specific Pucci prints, I'm sure I have come across a site before while (google) researching.

Please note that an honest opinion of it being genuine or not, is essentially the same as authentication. As you know, we don't do that here.

Please feel free to ask for any other kind of help, other than authentication and valuation.

it's a very pretty scarf!

Hi there!
I just got it in the mail and I immediately noticed that the hems are rolled and plump.
I'm still bummed that there's no label, but the fabric feels nice and I'll try to google and research the print like you suggested :)
Thanks!

Oh, ok, I understand now.
I can see that if I ask for an opinion could be seen as me asking for authentication.
I'm really sorry about it, I didn't see it that way because it's a gift so I have no interest in reselling it and making more money out of it.
Thank you again
