Purse care question

This sweet little purse has a big dent in the side. The material is not cut, just dented. Is it permanent, do you think? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I've never found a way to fix this sort of thing.. if anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them, too!

That's a tough one.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

Is it a fabric dimple or is the hardsided portion behind the material also dented?

Dimples can be steamed occassionally on fabric. Dents sometimes lessen over time by just the passage of time, or being stuffed with paper or hung up in a way to further the process. But I have found once a hardsided bag has a dent, there will always be a little crease or mark there no matter how much time has passed.

Unless someone has some "magic" potion??

I would if you could take the nozzle of a vacuum cleaner and pull it out? :)

I do find that "stuffing" them works best, as Chris said, you will most likely see a crease of some type. On a square shape or retagular shape bag, I find that wood blocks (cut to size of course) seem to work for me.
