Question about Era ... and what’s up with the collar?

This is one of those no label but intriguing garments that I just had to purchase. My immediate impression was 70’s. On my mannequin, perhaps because it is a large size 40B, it looks 80’s. And then there are the small shoulder pads... early 50’s?


The other odd thing is the way the collar is constructed. It’s sewn down and the two sides don’t match. Any ideas?

Those sleeves are really saying 70s to me, sort of like the early gunnes. This is hard and I will be looking forward to what other people say.

Could the collar just be tacked down and could the shoulder pads have been added later?

reminds me of Phillipine work...that scalloped lace hem, the big puffy sleeve caps

that collar is kooky...does it looks hand-tacked? it must be someone's personal preference, because that just doesn't make sense...
