Question about these Monofinn Boots made in Finland 70\'s?

I bought these last year from a vintage clothing store who had them labeled as 70's but I would like to verify this.

I cannot find any information about these leather boots other than an ad I found on someones blog...

Labeled Monofinn, made in Finland for Marshall Field & Company.
Can someone please help me with these? Title, key words etc..

HIP FUNKY black leather knee high, full lace up, stacked heel boots.

Sorry, I'm not very good at this...

They kinda remind me a bit of dockers.

Actually they came up with some good key words on the VC&A, military, lace up, goth, russian...which is a good start...if I ever get to listing them, don't feel like doing anything right now except go take a nap.
