Question on Vintage Shawl - Talk about closing the barn door

I should've posted about this before listing it the other night.

I was told it was ca. late 50s, and I really have no idea as I have never seen anything like it. There is more interest
being shown in this than I anticipated and I'm wondering if anyone here has any info on this.

I don't have any "secret inside info". But maybe there is none, and it is just getting a lot of interest beause its stunning, plain and simple. There are a lot of black shawls and a lot of white shawls out there....and this stands out. "roses" is a good keyword too.
