Questions about RRL shirts

Hello- I don't know much about fashion, but years ago (late 90s) I used to work for Ralph Lauren dressing windows. I found a couple shirts at the warehouse and put aside because I liked them at the time. One of the shirts I was told only a couple were made. I was looking to offload them on eBay and was wondering if anyone has an idea about age and value. For the RRL surplus company inc; has anyone ever seen another one of these? Its a thick cotton button down

I'm freaked out that late 90s is "years ago." LOL
