Quorum dress - help with date as the label is different!

At first thought this was probably 80s, but then spotted the Quorum label! This label isn't on the labels pages, and the mentioned of Quorum seems to imply it was swallowed up by Radley in the 70s!

So - where does this leave me for a date with this dress? It is black velvet with the very wide blue tafetta cummerbund sash * bow.

Definitely 80s and that label is a dead ringer for the Radley 80s label. Presumably they used 'Quorum' to sell a different range of clothes? How fascinating, I've never ever seen one before! :)
 
I would say that was definitely GOOD 80s (which is saying a lot coming from me who had severe 80s dress traumatization in the late 80s) and I had a feeling Liz would know :) That's a beaut!
