Radley Dress

Hi there,
I was wondering if someone could give me some information on the Radley dress I have!
Here is the picture of the dress the black netting has velvet fabric or what feels and looks like it!

Any information would be great, I think it's quite modern but not sure.

Kate, I would say 1980s, taffeta bodice and the "netting" might be flocked nylon. The fabric underneath looks like it could be a lame (with an accent over the "e").
