Okay, Thank you very much, so this suggests it should be around 22-13 years old atleast?
It will fall between those years. Not older, before that, Polo Europe was located in Geneva, so it would have shown that address if it were older. Maybe that they used up older labels still when the address changed to Plan-les-Ouates in 2012, but I don't think they would have been using up old labels for long. I would not have thought it older anyway because of that very international label with writing in so many languages. Also, according to Wikipedia, garment manufacturing in Macau reached it's peak in the mid-1980s and then started to decline, falling to less than 1% of it's GDP by 2017. So when this was made, garment production was in a decline in Macau. If it were newer, it would probably have been made somewhere else.
