Rare? Long sleeved CC41 Crepe blouse with repair issue

This blouse has some small tears on top of the left shoulder which, if the collar is meant to be turned down, aren't seen when worn, but I would like to know if I should attempt to repair. I have to re-sew the buttons on anyway as they're all coming off and I would like to keep all 6 original ones with the blouse if at all possible. Also, can crepe be ironed? I wanted to improve the ties a little.
Secondly I was looking around to gauge a price and I can only find one example of a long sleeved blouse and one of a short, both of which were made in other fabrics being sold recently. Are these fairly rare in the market at the moment?

If it were mine I would sell it as is - it will never be wearable or displayable, but as a document to make a pattern - it could be very useful as English wartime blouses are harder to find - especially long sleeved styles.

Thank you both. It's good to have that information Jonathan. I shall have to ask the lady I got it from if she has any more CC41 items (hopefully in better condition).
