Real Dior Blouse?

Hello everyone, this is my first post so I hope I'm doing it correctly. I recently came across a button down blouse with a tag that states "Logge Dior Italy". It states size 42. There are no other tags on the blouse. I'm hoping someone could help tell me if this is a real Dior blouse, maybe it's vintage or if it's fake. I've tried searching for this tag everywhere and have been unable to find it. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Firstly, a garment can not be authenticated by photos, an expert will need to handle it and look for all the clues. Secondly, if you see the Dior labels in the Label Resource, you will notice that your label does not resemble any of them.

Thirdly, if you post photos of all the labels and the garment, we should be able to give you some indication and dating. Personally, on the available information, I think it's unlikely to be a design from the house of Christian Dior.
