Real Vintage Burberrys?

I'd never normally buy an expensive brand but I found it extremely cheap at a charity shop and I'm just interested if its authentic! If not, I won't be surprised as I got it for £8 and I still love the shirt, but it would make my day.

I've not been able to find anything similar to it online or a label that looks like mine but I'm hoping that someone who knows what they're talking about can tell me.

I think the inside label might have been chopped by the previous owner.

I can tell you that your shirt is from the 1990s or earlier. Burberry dropped the S from their name in the late 1990s.
