Red felt cloche (?) hat.....1960s 0r 70s?

I figure this is from the late 70s early 80s but could it be a lete 60s hat?

I don't know much about dating hats, but are you sure that style would be considered a cloche'?

I would not call it a cloche either and it looks 80s to me. Hopefully, Barbara will come around and let you know the actual style name for it.
