Would this be a purse maker name or the name of the maker of the metal trim possibly?

Sandy, love that bag!! I'm a sucker for red bags.... I can't help, either. Those initials don't immediately ring a bell with me, but that doesn't mean it can't be a maker's initials. Could be the hardware maker's too....
