Ok, here it is again! I did my best to iron it, but, it's about as good as it's gonna get.
Any ideas on a title? My creativity's about zapped, I'm in wedding/school mode :(

60's Mod Ruffle BIG BOW Empire Mini Dress??

Would it nice enough to wear to wedding or prom? What is the material?
 
Hmmmmmmmm the material is........ um. I dunno, can't I just call it "material" Ha ha ha! Go me! ;)
 
Well, I just wondered if it would be like a crepe which would be more dressier than say, cotton.
 
I agree it looks like crepe from the pics and experience. I've had several dresses like this that were crepe, though never in this color, almost always black. Does it have a slightly...coarse feel to it? I'm trying to think how to describe a crepe weave and all I can think of is coarse. :duh: But not nubby.
 
Play up the beautiful color - 'turquoise' has a lot of letters but it seems to help when used in the title :)
