Apparently it was all about black dresses and leggings, big purses, and either black or coloured shoes. I realize this isn't vintage news but it would be easy enough to style vintage like this...

Its called "On the Street' by Bill Cunningham. I am not sure why it doesn't work for you Amanda because it was sent to me by someone who uses a Mac but I gave up trying to understand puters.... these darned machines can only be operated by whippersnappers! I'll just go back to my whittlin now....
