Rickie Freeman for TJ NITES, is this vintage?

Hi all!

This is a gorgeous 60s style lace coat & I was assuming it's 80s due to the dates of the other clothing at this sale. I know Teri Jon started in the late 70s but I have no clue about this label, Rickie Freeman FOR T J NITES. The 14 size tag may be a good clue, the coat measures 23" across the back under the arms laid flat.

Can someone please help me date this? Is it current, 90s, 80s?

So far I found only a January 1996 newspaper reference to Rickie Freeman for T.J. Nites.

Thanks Lynne, that's very helpful! I have never seen this label before. I saw a couple on ebay, listed in new womens, one in vintage 80s. I emailed Teri Jon for info. I guess it's vintage 90s. It is really gorgeous.

I just had a very nice email back from Teri Jon & they confirmed this label is indeed 90s. She also said the label is different today. I see TJ labels a lot but this one was new to me so I was happy to have the confirmation. Thanks again for your help Lynne!
