River Island label

Hello, I got this waistcoat second hand and I was curious what time period it was from? I can’t fine such a loopy version of the River Island logo anywhere.

Hi iarina, although it looks a bit like River Island, this label is Ruby Island. I haven't heard of the brand before - I'm not too sure it is vintage, as it looks quite modern to me, although perhaps it's Y2k or early 00s. The care labels may help with dating, to clarify if it is vintage or not.
