Label looks an awful like 90s (going by red on white and the font) but we here really need to see photos of the actual garment too.
Not sure there was much 'reproduction' of 90s Romeo Gigli with their designs. They weren't then, sadly, super popular but more a niche design. You'd find it some great stores then. Century 21 and Barney's in NYC I'd find them.

Thanks for the photos. If you google image search the first photo, you'll see several of this style on Etsy, Posh, etc.
