Thank you for your answers. The same things i knew about Romika (that it is a shoe company) but i'm wondering why it is this label on a dress and what shoes are made from cotton?

-- I don't know why someone would put a shoe label in a dress, unless they want to deceive a buyer. The label shape and material also seems to indicate that it was probably a shoe label.
-- If you click on the word "HERE" in my last post, you will see a pair of cotton Romika house slippers. The cotton Romika footwear I found was primarily slippers.

Thank you. Ok, so i have a dress with a house slippers label :) . Because there is no other label may assume that it was custom made.Stitches appear to be done professionally. The material from which it is made is brocarde and by the shape and cut it seems to be from the 60s -70s.This is correct?Thank you

I believe the shoe label just got attached by accident, as it is a sticky label, and it's not an obvious choice of placement if you were intending to put it in a garment.
Yes I would say your dress is late 1960s to early 70's. It's interesting how they've used both sides of the fabric for contrast.
