Rose Marie Reid 1960s one piece swimsuit: help with fabric identification and bra style

Hello all,
I remember seeing this fabric described as 'popcorn' or something similar....is there a specific term.
Would you describe this as a 'bullet bra'...its not quite as angled/pointy as what I normally associate with that term?

The fabric has been ruched with shirring elastic, so you could call it shirred. I would not call that a bullet bra.

I believe a bullet bra has concentric circle stitching resembling a bullseye.

Hey Lauren, its a gem of a swim suit- not a bullet bra, but the boobs are definitely ''out there"' perhaps you could use semi pointed cups to describe it? . Bubble is a great word for the shirred fabric
