Roses or apples? 60\'s w/panels right?

Hi everyone,

Ok, 'cause apparently we have NOTHING better to do in the cold than fight, the man & I went BACK and forth on the design. I think it looks like abstract roses, he thinks apples - what's your thoughts?
Am I right on the year? 60's? And is there a "technical" term for the drapping on the skirt?

Thanks!

Tell the man that apples don't get as many hits or bids as roses will! :clapping:

Sooooooo, with that in mind, I'd go with abstract rose print with overskirt!

:USING: <-- that's a razzie to your silly man! :hysterical:

I know! I'm like "are you KIDDING me?". I couldn't push the argument too far though, since he was outside helping me the whole time, freezing his buns off. Oh, and he also fixed the hem on the dress for me too ;)

You're BOTH wrong! They are the inside view of red onions vertically cut in half.:clapping:

Although, I don't suggest that for a title....

I'd go with abstract roses, too.

You're BOTH wrong! They are the inside view of red onions vertically cut in half

LOL! I so wanted that little "busting up" smiley right here!

Ah man! Janine's answer stinks!!!!!!!!
:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Onions???:hysterical::hysterical:

I was going to say apples but there is no indent for the stem plus apples weren't stripey the last time I looked....

Florals???

Oh my Honestly I don't know what to think....

Just to stir the pot a bit here, how about red beets???? :BAGUSE:

Hmmmmm.... I think I'm gonna steal the
"Fresh N' Tasty Bunch O'" part, but leave out the beets ;)
They're my least fav veggie :barf:
He he he...

I was kidding about the description. Your'e not REALLY going to use the "Fresh N' Tasty Bunch O'", are you?:puzzled:

I can't think of a veggie I don't like. hmmm...

They really look like abstract roses to me, right away. I seem to be missing the finely-tuned, vegetable-discernment skills. :D

I don't have the greatest construction vocabulary, but it seems like the skirt treatment is too angular to be a "petal skirt." ? I'd have to use "over-skirt," but hope you'll get a construction aficionado for the perfect term.
