Rush Hour cork pattern leather heels, 80's?

These are sassy shoes (I particularly love the bronze leather detail), but I'm not having any luck dating them. The style says 80's to me? I hope folks with more knowledge of footwear might have a better idea. Thanks

All the examples I have seen of shoes with uppers made of thin cork have been from the 1980s- 90's.
The designer of your shoes seem to have gone one step further, with the leather, faux cork effect, which I have not seen before!
