Sacony knit swimsuit

hello. Has anyone ever seen this swimsuit pattern before? The designer is Sacony and I’m certain that it’s from the early 40s but I can’t find much info on the pattern. It’s almost like a fish scale/mermaid pattern…and it’s either wool or a wool blend. Trying to figure out if it’s rare and if anyone knows the actual pattern name. Thanks in advance

CUTE! Sacony began as a knitwear company in the 1910s and they were around into the 1960s. I would have thought your suit was probably 1940s at first glance, but the typeface of the label looks more 50s to me.
