Looking for any information on this very cool patchwork shirt. I can't find anything quite like it online. Found at Goodwill and had to take it home

I can't quite get the label to match any that exist in the Saks Fifth Avenue resource

Very cool shirt! I have a version of this label in couple of my vintage dresses from the late 70's to 80's era. The 70's one looks most like yours.
