Sarah Whitworth - is this a top or dress???

When I first found it (and swooned because I LOVE her stuff :love008:!!) I just assumed it was a top with a large peplum because (although you can't see it from the photos) it's open at the front from the waist down - I thought it might be worn over leggings or suchlike. Now I've put it on Odette, it really does look like a minidress. Perhaps worn over a mini-crini?? Or still leggings?? Do I term it a dress or a top??

Gosh, you could even say it was a jacket, too. Very nice look.

I think mini dress probably gets more hits if you are selling it and I think they know to look for mini dress to wear over leggings.

Now that is nice. I am trying to imagine.. see where you're coming from with the mini crinoline idea, I think I would wear it over leggings.

(The fact that I am prepared to wear leggings and/or footless tights amazes me, but I have succumbed..)

I agree with Linda - you could have mini dress and jacket in the title.

The bolero jacket is actually separate, so you can go even skimpier if you want to! ;)

Yes, I did think it might be perfect for the current leggings trend - but it almost seems too posh for that!!
