See thru cocktail dress?? 50\'s?? late 60\'s?? HELP!

Outside and inside of each circle is velvety. I think it probably had a liner at one point.... Zipper on the side is not metal... Not sure if it is original.

Also, how would you display this? With a liner for the majority of the photos??

You guys are amazing!! PS Any real vintage stores in Sioux Falls, SD or Mankato, MN?? I'll be traveling a bit.

That is odd "novelty" material! And I'm sure someone would love it. Are there any tags? It appears close to full length?

No tags :( Nearly full length and in a larger size with a side zipper.

I'd have thought 60s. And it must have had a liner - I'm surprised that that isn't there anymore.

I would say it had an under dress, and it is late 60s.

The print reminds me of those paper reinforcement circle thingies. You know, the ones that you stick onto/around the three ring binder holes punched in the side of a sheet of paper.
