Seeking info on 60s brand: Elizabeth Tee's W.I. London

From this mini dress (hem has been let down 1 1/2" I can just imagine someone's mother making them do this!)
I have only found a few examples of this brand online from the 60's, and a notice of winding up the company in the 1975 London Gazette, which gives the proprietor as N.Hyer Ltd., company records of which are held in the National Archives at Kew.
The W.I. label and it's style would suggest to me this wasn't a boutique, more likely a 50's company that carried on, and the National Archives don't just collect any company records which is suggesting to me there's a bigger link I'm missing somewhere. Any clues?

lol that's my twin. No unfortunately we're too tall in the body, you can't see in that photo but the bust darts are way way above where they should be! The neck is also a touch too small.
