Interesting - although as a B and M, I wasn't able to help you with much because it's more about selling online (which we don't do).

I could suggest that the income levels go higher though: $2,000 per month is very low, I sell a lot more than that in a week (I guess that's the difference with B and M: the overheads are so high I have to generate a lot of sales).
