sequin/beaded dress with no closures: 80s?

Hi everyone-

this dress surprised me in that it has no zippers/snaps/closures of any sort

it is lined, and looks to be machine sewn) I included a picture of the seams within

do you guys suppose its just a hand beaded 80s dress?

I don't know if that type of beading is hand or machine work, but I do recognise it as 80s-90s style beadwork from the shape of the squiggles.
The dress doesn't require any fastenings because it is cut on the bias, and so stretches width-wise when put on, and has quite large neck/arm openings.

That style of lining also contributes to modern ( 1990s - 2000s) date.
