Sheer rainbow chiffon nightgown or negligee 1960s?

HI everyone,
I guess 60s but wonder if it could be early 70s? no label.
Also, this one is so 'obviously' sheer, would you consider it a 'negligee' in the more contemporary sense of the word?
Also wondering how to describe the neckline.
Thanks alot for any help.

The neckline is ruched. I would call it a negligee although worn over a slip it would make a fab summer dress! The rainbow dresses I have seen are from the early to mid 1970s so that is when I would place this.
