Shoe help, what are they? Date? sizes?

Hi, I need help with a couple pairs of shoes, the first pair are mocassins, right? Are they vintage? There is a 39 on the bottom of them, European size?. Are they hand made, they look to be. The next pair are tooled leather heels, with what seems like a Mexican label. The only numbers they have are on the bottom too, a 1 and a 65. Any help is appreciated, thanks so much in advance.

The first pair looks like contemporary belly dance shoes.

The 2nd pair looks like 60s.

Thanks spectrum, I thought they were modern. I thought 60s on the tooled leather ones as well. Does anyone know what the numbers mean on the bottom of the tooled leather ones?

the first pair may very well be from MOROCCO, but they are not moccasins.

your tooled leather heels are great!! don't know what the numbers 1 & 65 stand for, tho.

The 39 would most likely be European sizing.

Yeah, that one is European sizing, it is the other pair (tooled leather one), I am trying ot figure out.

Indian or Pakistani shoes first pair, not old, maybe 1960s at oldest. Mexican tooled leather late 60s - early 70s on second pair.

Is there a chart online that converts inches into shoe sizes? There is no size on the mexican tooled leather ones.
