Today's paper had an AP article (originally from Indianapolis) about tests on shoes and handbags. The focus was whether those expensive shoes and bags are really worth the price.
The article included some things to look for when evaluating quality. The consensus was that Nine West shoes had better construction that the really expensive brands they tried.
