Silk Shirt - Vintage

Hi All!!!

Bought this women's shirt at a thrift shop for about $2.00 (which I am wearing now - hence pic of only sleeve ). There is no label for manufacturer or care instructions (perhaps they were removed). I found it odd it has a small tag with size 10 inside the left seam. Wondering if it is vintage or recent. I love the print which reminds me of disco days gone by. I don't have experience with vintage dating etc., so appreciate any help.
