Silver Earrings.. these are mexican but how old are they?

I bought them thinking they were 70s but got home and I think they are 30s. I love them and bought them for my own personal collection but wanted to know a little more about them. I'd like to find a necklace to wear with them so if you could point me that direction that would be great too!

I know very little about Mexican jewelry - but I think the earrings are newer rather than older. The stones appear to have an aurora borealis coating - not used before the mid-'50s but maybe that is a reflection of the flash.

Hopefully someone else will have an idea of how old they are if you don't find the mark.
 
Yeah - I can't tell if they are AB or if its the funky thing rhinestones or glass does on a scanner. I haven't seen too many Mexican silver pieces with rhinestones, though, but the setting looks right for them or ABs.
