Smaller Pics - Need Help Authenticating this Givenchy Suit

Here are smaller pics.

Hi all,
I have never heard of the Givenchy "Life" label and can't seem to find it in any resources. The suit is well made. The fabric is made up of metallic green and gold threading. Jacket is quilted, but because of chevron pattern - it has the quilted feel without the apprearance. The care/content or size label (I assume) was cut out. Diffusion line?
