snow bound day 4 going through clothes, dating asian jacket?

hi everyone! sorting through old should have already listed for sale stuff because I am snow bound and trying to stay sane! does anyone know

1. what style of asian jacket this would be called?
2. approx age?

the fabric feels like silk but there is no non obvious place to snip and test the fabric. Embroidered details at the cuffs and bodice. the lining looks like muslin kind of in the body but the arms are a rough net like fabric

The side slits suggest to me it had matching trousers or a skirt at one point.
The frog fastenings and loopy embroidery appear on this style of garment over a wide range of decades, I've certainly had them on 1950s-1980s garments, but mine had satin linings, someone else may recognise when this gauzier lining was in use.
