Hello, maybe they will give me more information here about these magical shoes, their details have won my heart, and I can't find any information about them on the Internet.

I don't think these are very old - maybe c. 2005ish? Designer in England, made in China is a very '21st' century label combo.. I did find their website: https://www.karenmillen.com/about-us.html, and she started off making shirts in 1981.
