That is such a cute novelty print...and I have never seen the theme carried out so far as this one with the stuffed fish. Who is the maker? Or like most extremely unique things, it probably doesn't have a tag remaining, right?

Shirtdresses are supposed to be big for Spring. It's so Vested Gentress-like and the touch with the little fishy ends on the tie belt is just darling. Maybe someone will wear it on their boat!
