Souvenir or just plain kitschy? Sequined Paris Top!

Hey guys!
I've got a few questions on this really fab top, if you don't mind. Any idea if this was originally a souvenir shirt or maybe just a homemade project? And anyone recognize the rather generic label?(which I find oddly amusing by the way, for no real reason. Would be funnier if it was Trousers Down, but that's another story). Thanks all!

Cute sweater, never seen the label but I've had a few novelty theme 60s sweaters (usually embroidered, no sequins)....I'm sure its original. Cute as heck! Ang

Well, not a homemade project and I would guess 60s, too, with the Hong Kong label. Cute!

I remember late 60s, early 70s, having a sequin butterfly on a black maxi dress.
