Hi, Is there a name for this type of sleeve adornment? The pigeon breasted shirtwaist is cotton lawn and lace, 1890’s-ish, with a very narrow sleeve curved at the elbow. (There is a matching skirt.) This pouf is sewn over/on top of the actual sleeve and is encased on both edges, like a bubble. Just curious about what they were called. I’ve not seen this treatment before. Thank you, Ronda
