stead and simpson platforms - dating question?

I'm sure someone else had a pair of these. Own brand Stead and Simpson with lettering in gold, and small SS symbol.

I picked them up initially and thought they were 90s as the heel is very slightly slanted out at the back (do you know what I mean?) but lettering looks a little older.

Have just got back from a day of treasure hunting so no pictures, but just wondered if anyone knew anything about the company's labelling just off the cuff?

Thanks very much!

And finally, I am getting back to normal and taking photos. Didn't have time to set up backdrops etc. so you get the delightful view that is my study for these quick snaps.. :kiss2:

Think they are modern (90s?) 99%, but little doubt makes me want to check. I like them eitherway, will try them on shortly..fatal!

Thanks!

I would say 90's, I wore a VERY similar pair with the similar styled heels and same shaped toe and vamp about 1995/1996 :) Funny, I was just thinking about those shoes the other day as because of the funny way I walk, I wear the outsides of my shoes down quickly. That happened with these shoes and I always used to go over on my ankle when wearing them due to the uneven wear pattern my feet created!!

Very awesome shoes....

They look like something Roxy De Luna would love to have on her feet!!! I hope she comes in and see those.....

Thanks everyone! I thought they were later because of the heel shape but wanted to be sure.
I had boots like that Lei - and a weird pair with a kicked out heel that was infact shaped like a slice of bread when you looked at the heel underneath. I think they are upstairs somewhere...
