No info on Stuart Lang, but I had a similiar bow blouse back in 1980 or thereabouts.... It had that high collar and was made of a shimmery poly fabric in a mauvey color (not as deep in color as yours, more of a taupe/mauve). So, based on that, I'd guess right around 79/80/81.

The Stuart piece I had was late 70s. This looks 80s. Can you read the tag on the left side? Or is it worn. The tag looks similar to my piece.
