Hello! I'm looking for some help on dating these beautiful shoes! I've read some previous posts and learned that these are after 1972 given the made in spain stamp. Any other info would be greatly appreciated!

Cute! An internet search for "Stuart Weitzman butterfly sneakers" turned up several pairs currently or recently sold on sites like Poshmark, eBay, Pinterest, and theRealReal. It looks like the model may have been called "Papillon". I came across a couple pairs of Weitzman mules in the same print as well.

Given the relative availability on designer resale sites, I'm inclined to think they are modern, like within the last 5 years.

That rounded sole and the shape in general look very modern. Something from within a few years ago, definitely not vintage.

I have a pair of Nike running shoes, that have the same sole.
Yes, fairly modern.

Materials used as well as condition would not be in current state.
(Sole, condition as well as shape and materials are present day)
Paint, vibrancy of colour, glitter(?) detail too new.
Even if left in box in closet, aging process-none.
