Stumped on dating dress

I first posted this under Rag Brag- sorry for the re-post, but I forgot to ask about dating there. At first I thought 1960s, but now I'm not so sure... Any thoughts?

Somewhere in the 80s I would venture to say, the early to middle part of the decade, most likely. Let's see what others may reckon.

I am thinking 1980s too! At first I thought 60s but when I saw the tag it led me to believe 80s! Super cute!

Agree with the others and I think Jonathan is spot on with '83. I had a similar dress then.

What made those dresses work were REALLY wide belts, although I do remember some women wearing them without belts...
